Return Policy

Refunds & Returns

  • If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days of the delivery date for a full refund.

  • After 7 days from the delivery date, refunds or exchanges will no longer be accepted.

  • To be eligible for a return:

    • The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
    • To initiate your return, please contact our Customer Support Team.
  • Return Shipping Costs:

    • Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the order to our headquarters in China.
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
  • Process:

    • Once your returned product is received, we will notify you via email.
    • Your refund will then be processed, with a credit automatically applied to your original method of payment.

Cancellations (If Applicable)

  • If you need to cancel your order, contact our Customer Support Team within 6 hours of placing your order.
  • After 6 hours, your order will enter the processing stage and be transmitted to our operational facility for immediate fulfilment.

Defective Products

  • If you receive a defective product, we will send you a replacement free of charge.
  • To support your claim:
    • A video must be provided to the Customer Support Team as evidence.
  • Should your item suffer from a manufacturing defect, we will also provide a free replacement.

Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Buyers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address provided is correct.
  • If you realise you've supplied an incorrect address, please contact our Customer Support Team within 6 hours of placing your order.
  • While we strive to expedite processing times, there is a limited timeframe to amend the address before the order is processed.

Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Wave Sports is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • If your tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it:
    • File a complaint directly with your shipping carrier.
    • For additional guidance on this process, please reach out to our Customer Support Team.

Shipping Fees

  • Customers are responsible for shipping fees related to international orders.
  • Wave Sports does not cover costs associated with customs, duties, taxes, or currency exchange fees.
